We are looking for an expert individual for the Salesforce QA position who can find automated, unusual or creative ways to turn the system upside down and try to eliminate bugs. This position will work closely with the technical team, dedicated to maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of Salesforce. An ideal candidate is a self-disciplined individual, who can manage their own work, a great communicator, great at documenting, organized and who acts in quality control with excellence and entrepreneurial thinking, supporting the definition and use of automation tools in order to test the system to its limit. Opportunity in an international project to work directly with a client in the US, with the possibility of expansion. Will work on improvements and support in Saleforce Core.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
• Design testing processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Implement test plans, automation and validation strategies for the different Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.
• Perform in-depth functional testing – Must be able to assess functional stability to ensure business requirements are met and are “fit for purpose” through end-to-end functional and automation testing.
• Work closely with software developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
• Participate in the user story creation process by dissecting high-level requirements during team review sessions.
• Actively participate in reviewing requirements, designs, and specifications to ensure Salesforce applications are aligned with business needs.
• Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and general disruption to the project schedule.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Analysts and Developers on tasks related to planning, testing and coordination of activities.
• Provide continuous feedback on platform quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Have entrepreneurial thinking in order to bring solutions and alternatives to optimize and automate the testing process by presenting new support tools.
• Will work in EST timezone
Requisitos e qualificações
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English to work directly with international teams and clients. Note: This opportunity is to work directly with clients in the US
• More than 3 years of professional experience in the QA role with experience in test automation in Salesforce.
• Quality control specialist on the Salesforce platform working on different clouds.
• Experience in implementing automated tests.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Knowledge in integration testing, end-to-end system processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to ""think outside the box"" bringing innovative ideas capable of being implemented in the environments in which you are inserted.
• Ability to work in an agile, emerging and collaborative environment with multifunctional teams, contributing to improving our methodologies and governance.
• Familiarity with agile project management and change management methodologies.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications that will be considered an advantage: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
• Will work in EST timezone
